Rackmount/Desktop Computer Warranty
StoneWave Productions offers a standard 2 years parts & labor warranty with lifetime e-mail tech support (See "Support for your StoneWave Computer" in the navigation pane to the left) on all rackmount and desktop computer systems.
What does this mean? If any component in your StoneWave system becomes faulty within 2 years of ownership, we will replace or repair any faulty component, with no charge made for said component/s or the required labor!
Note: In the event of a repair that requires a component replacement, and said component is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, we reserve the right to replace the component with one of equal quality.
In addition to the standard 2 years parts & labor warranty, StoneWave Productions offers a 30 day "LEMON" warranty on all rackmount and desktop computer systems.
What does this mean? If your system is not functioning correctly within the first 30 days following delivery we will remedy the issue at our expense, including shipping!
NOTE: Under StoneWave Productions standard 2 year Rackmount/Desktop warranty, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer once the system is outside of our 30 day "LEMON" warranty. These shipping costs include any components shipped out from, or returned to us, and any instance where the system may have to be returned to us and then shipped back to the customer.
NOTE: This warranty does not cover the following:
1) Careless packaging by the buyer while returning the system.
2) Any unauthorized repairs or overclocking.
3) Any unauthorized modifications.
4) Careless misuse by the buyer (This includes viruses, dropping the machine, spilling liquid on the machine, etc).
5) Damage caused by natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, fires, lightning etc.
6) Data loss: You should always back up your important data to an outside storage unit such as CD-R, DVD+RW/-RW, or an external hard drive.
